Business telephone systems
Cloud and traditional on-premise telephone systems that will revolutionise your business — and it's all supported in-house by our own engineers.
We have both cloud telephone systems and traditional on-premise telephone systems that will revolutionise your business. We're not afraid to say we're really very good at this. Because we're founded from a technology and traditional telecoms background, we know the whole business.
A real IT and comms provider
We're not a communications company suddenly pretending to be an IT business so we don't miss out — nor an IT company who sell phones as an add-on. We're one of very few real IT and communications solution providers, and it's all supported in-house by our own engineers.
Which telephone system is right for you?
Cobalt Cloud (often called VoIP, cloud or hosted) lets you make calls over the internet, removing the need for a physical phone system on-site, from as low as £10 per month. Cobalt 3CX is our most flexible system yet — installed on-premise or in the cloud, individually engineered to suit your exact requirements.

FAQs
Common questions
What's the difference between cloud and on-premise phone systems?
A cloud (hosted/VoIP) system like Cobalt Cloud makes calls over the internet with no physical phone system on-site. An on-premise system, or our flexible Cobalt 3CX, can be installed in your building or in the cloud. We'll recommend the right fit for how you work.
Do you support the systems you sell?
Yes — it's all supported in-house by our own engineers. We're a real IT and communications provider, not a phone reseller, so when something needs sorting you talk to the people who set it up.
How much does a cloud phone system cost?
Cobalt Cloud starts from less than £8.00 per user per month for the full capability of a traditional system without the upfront or ongoing cost. We'll quote exactly for your team size.
