Cobalt Care plans can include cover beyond standard hours — ask us.
What to have ready
None of this is essential — call us either way. But a few details up front mean we can get to the bottom of it faster.
Who's affected
Is it one person or the whole office? A single machine or a whole system?
What changed
Anything new — an update, a new device, a move — that lines up with when it started.
The exact message
Any error wording on screen helps us pin it down faster. A photo is fine.
How urgent
Tell us if it's stopping you working — we triage business-critical issues first.
Think you’ve been hit by an attack?
If you suspect ransomware, a breach or a scam payment, call us straight away rather than emailing — the first hour matters. Don’t switch machines off unless we tell you to.
