We've been Exeter's IT and comms company since 2001 — phones, IT, cyber security and connectivity, all from people you can actually get hold of.
Cobalt started in 2001 and we've grown up alongside the South West businesses we look after. Today we're based at Spitfire House on Skypark, on the edge of Exeter, and we handle the lot — telephony, IT support, cyber security and connectivity — so our clients have one number to call instead of three suppliers pointing fingers at each other.
We do what we say
That's our whole way of working, not a slogan. We tell you straight what we'd do and what it costs, then we do it. No jargon, no overselling, no disappearing when something goes wrong — you talk to the engineers who set your systems up, not a distant call centre.
South West roots, national credibility
Being local is a strength, not a limitation. We know the patch, we turn up when it matters, and we back it with proper credentials — UK-hosted infrastructure, Cyber Essentials certification, carbon-neutral accreditation and a Comms National Award.
