Luscombe has crafted premium organic drinks on their Devon farm since 1975. After a previous supplier left them with patchy connectivity and unreliable calls, we put in a new leased line and the Cobalt Cloud phone system.

A few years ago Luscombe upgraded their internet and telephony, but the service fell far short of what they were promised. The installation was poor, and they were left with patchy connectivity and unreliable phone calls that got in the way of daily operations.

Our approach

A fresh start, done properly

We replaced the existing setup with a new high-speed leased line and installed our Cobalt Cloud phone system. With the right handsets in the right places and some careful networking, we delivered a voice-over-IP solution where every call is crisp and clear, whatever the time of day.

Connecting phones and desktops

To help the sales team stay efficient, Luscombe also rolled out our Cobalt Communicator app on their computers. It links phones with desktops, making it easier to handle calls, manage contacts and stay productive day to day.

The result

Where it left them

Luscombe now have a system that just does what it should, and a management portal that's easy to use with all the functions they need. Their IT and Engineering Manager describes the support team as proactively looking to help at all times.

It has been a great relief to finally have a system that just does what it should do with a company that does care about its customers for the long term.
